STEP A.
COMPLIMENTARY, NO-OBLIGATION TELEPHONE CONSULTATION, INCLUDING BUDGET PREPARATION:
a. Fernanda goes over a questionnaire, which gives her an idea of the couple's desires, vision and estimated expenses. Based on that information, she prepares an all-inclusive budget.
b. Fernanda explains her a la carte fee structure. Services include: Vendor Referrals only, Wedding Day Coordination (including on-site consultations, preparation of the Wedding Day Timeline and calls to the vendors) to Unlimited Assistance/hand holding from the very beginning of the planning process. Fees are based on services required. Like a menu in a restaurant, Clients only pay for what they order!
STEP B.
MAILING/E-MAILING/INFO: Within a few days after the telephone consultation, Fernanda mails, or e-mails the Budget she prepared over the telephone, her Contract, Client References and promotional materials.
STEP C.
PERSONAL APPOINTMENT: Once the couple has "digested" all of the information, checked the website and called references, if interested, Fernanda then schedules a personal, "get acquainted" appointment (which is also complimentary) to answer questions, sign the contract and proceed.
